Do you feel like your mental state and anxiety levels are holding your climbing back? We can help. On the course “improve your climbing psychology,” we will learn key ways we can prevent and manage anxiety when climbing. This course will take you out of your comfort zone, but it will also transform your climbing. We will look at a variety of  subjects from pre climbing routine, fear of failure, fear of falling and style of ascent.

This can be run as a 1, 2 or even 5 day course, but the changes we make on the “improve you climbing psychology” course will have to be incorporated into your daily climbing routine to be maximised.

Ratio up to 1:2

£200 per day for one person and then an additional £20 per person per day (this does not include kit hire or accommodation). Or can be ran at £30 per hr per person over consecutive weeks.
